Welcome to the Secure Employee Portal for current and former Green Dot Super employees to access information about the payroll review.

As a registered user, this portal allows you to:

• Access your individual outcome statement when it is available to you.
• Share the information we need to reimburse you, if you are a former employee.
• Engage with our dedicated support team using the messaging function (once you have registered and logged in).

This portal will also allow authorised representatives of former employees to engage with us regarding reimbursements in some limited circumstances where the employee they represent is not able to engage with us (for example, if the person has passed away). Please do not hesitate to call our dedicated hotline on 1800 161 243 from Monday to Friday between 8.00am until 9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am until 3:00pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) if you would like to discuss engaging with us on behalf of a former employee.

If you are having difficulties in accessing the Secure Employee Portal, we have set out troubleshooting solutions to some of the common difficulties you may experience at the “Troubleshooting” link at the top.

Keep your data safe

You may be contacted over the phone or via SMS with reminders to complete your information in the Secure Employee Portal. We will NOT ask you to provide identification, your login details, bank or superannuation details over the phone or through SMS. If you are concerned about accessing this portal or registering an account, you can verify that this is a genuine process and obtain further information about the program by:

• Contacting the dedicated hotline on 1800 161 243 from Monday to Friday between 8.00am until 9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am until 3:00pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).
